RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ETHALIZAKIDS

We want your shopping experience to be a happy one from start to finish, and we’ll do what we can to make things right!

We will only accept returns for unwashed, unworn, undersized or defective merchandise bought from Ethalizakids in the original packaging with tags attached. Complaints must be made within 24hrs of receiving the item. Please call our customer care line on +2349057194570 or send a mail to ethalizakids@gmail.com for all returns immediately you receive the items. 

All returns are subject to verification of the above conditions. Exchange/refund would only be made when the items to be returned are received and inspected. If we are not satisfied with the condition of the items returned, we would not issue any form of replacement or refund

IF MY ITEM(S) QUALIFY, HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED/ GET EXCHANGE FOR MY RETURN?

We issue refunds for returns in the form of store credit that’s applied directly to your account on Ethalizakids.com — but not to original methods of payment (such as PayPal or Debit cards). We would only issue a refund if the wrong product was sent (and the customer’s preferred choice is no longer available) or products received are damaged (this would be determined after proper investigation has been carried out).

For exchanges, the replacement item is sent to the customer when the full shipping charge has been received. Exchanges can only be processed for the same item/color in a different size.

Returns/exchange not reported after 24hrs of receiving the items will not be accepted.

Items purchased on special discounts, i.e., weekend sales, one day sale, special percentages off, last chance grabs, clearance, holiday sales, etc., CANNOT be returned/exchanged.

We cannot refund shipping charges.

If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the item(s) without providing a refund/Exchange.
